Running a Playbook with Ansible Tower Step-by-Step

Hi,

I am quite new with Ansible Tower and I would like to know from you if someone knows some "real" step-by-step for how to create a Job and run a Playbook in Ansible Tower. 

What have to be in place to have it completely done? I mean: Project, Inventory, Credentials, Jobs and so on and so forth...
