I have a RJEL 7 server that I'm getting ready to install Tower on, but I have created a second disk that I would like the database installed on. Is this possible?

You just need to mount your disk in the right place, i.e. /var/lib/pgsql
if I remember correctly. It's then transparent to the installer.
