using ansible inside wsl2

I am trying to use ansible in wsl2 and have started getting errors like:

WARNING: Kubernetes configuration file is group-readable. This is insecure. Location: /home/wayne/.kube/config

Has anyone else seen this? Googling doesn't turf up much
