S3 Bucket creation - IAM

I may need to provision and manage S3 buckets for clients, and set IAM policies for them.

Obviously, this is doable using the AWS console, or command line.  But we use Ansible for everything _else_ so .. are there any plans to release a module specifically for S3 and IAM?  Something in development, perhaps?

We already have modules for S3.

If you are missing something for IAM with S3, we'd likely just want to revise the existing module.
