Ansible Tower - win_feature failure

I am trying to run a simple job to install IIS using Ansible Tower playbook

---
	# This playbook installs and enables IIS on Windows hosts

	- name: Install IIS
	hosts: all
	gather_facts: false
	tasks:
	- name: Install IIS
	win_feature:
	name: "Web-Server"
	state: present
	restart: yes
	include_sub_features: yes
	include_management_tools: yes

I am getting the following error:

I am able to run the win_ping playbook fine, which means I can connect to these servers perfectly.
