The powershell shell family is incompatible with the sudo become plugin

Getting - "The powershell shell family is incompatible with the sudo become plugin" Error message. 

[ops@test02 ~]$ ansible --version
ansible 2.9.27

#$$$

I'm using adhoc command 

 ansible -i /home/aiops/ansible_dir/windows_d/w_hosts.ini win -m win_ping
