Would like to reopen issue #11451

I filed this issue about a month ago but it was closed because whoever took it couldn't reproduce it, and at the time, I couldn't reproduce it either. I have just been able to reproduce it in the latest devel branch, however, so I updated the issue with this additional information.

When the issue was closed it was mentioned to bring it up here in the mailing list if I didn't think it resolved.

I would like to reopen this issue because it's still occurring for me.
