win_firewall_rule.ps1 to support multiple values for remoteip and icmp protocol

New to Ansible here...

I can't seem to make multiple values work for the remoteip variable.

For instance, I want to allow multiple IP subnets to work through a firewall rule.

And also noticed the ICMPv4 protocol isn't supported properly.

Please advise, thanks.

We accept contributions to make these modules better.

For instance, the win_firewall_rule module is not idempotent and lacks
check-mode support. We are working hard to improve the Windows support
and additional help to make these modules better is very much appreciate.
