Hi,

I'm using VMware vCenter Server, 6.0.0, 2776511
I'm trying to use the Ansible vmware_guest module to create a new VM from a CentOS Atomic 7 template.

Customization of the guest operating system 'centos64Guest' is not supported in this configuration. Microsoft Vista (TM) and Linux guests with Logical Volume Manager are supported only for recent ESX host and VMware Tools versions. Refer to vCenter documentation for supported configurations.

Maybe I'm using the wrong guest_id: centos64Guest for CentOS Atomic 7?
Or is this a limitation of the vCenter version I'm on or maybe an Atomic OS issue?

Hello

Limitation of your version of vCenter
Centos 7 Guest customization is supported for vSphere 6 (https://partnerweb.vmware.com/programs/guestOS/guest-os-customization-matrix.pdf) but your vCenter build is way too old. Current build : 5318200
