Error with Hipchat callback library

Running Ansible v1.9.2

  File "/usr/share/ansible_plugins/callback_plugins/hipchat.py", line 28, in <module>
  from ansible.plugins.callback import CallbackBase
  ImportError: No module named plugins.callback

to Ansible Project

you are running the callback plugin from devel, which is incompatible
with previous versions.
