Does vmware_migrate_vmk work for the Management interface (vmk0) ?

Hi,

I'm trying to migrate the management interfaces of ESXi hosts to dvSwitches.

vmware_migrate_vmk module complains that the host is not added to the dvSwitch, which would be fair enough if i could add the host without having to specify a physical NIC (because it's use by the management vSwitch).

Using the vCenter client, the two actions are rolled together to around this catch 22.

so does vmware_migrate_vmk support the migration of the management interface? and if so - how do i do it?
