Generate dynamically playbooks

Hello,

Is it possible to generate dynamically playbooks?

Let me explain: I have more than 200 applications. For each application, i need sometime to make an stop/start for one of its components (jboss/oracle/autosys....).

So, it would be difficult to develop and maintain playbooks for each component(each one is on a separate server) on each application.

So, is it possible, by giving in input some datas, to generate dynamically a playbook and run it from Tower?
