Is Ansibull Triage Bot available as a module for inner source developers

Modules Ansibot and Ansibull Triage Bot seem very useful modules for developers who are trying to control their own releases

Just curious if these modules are publicly available for development teams outside of Ansible development cycles?

The code of the bot is available here: https://github.com/ansible/ansibullbot/

No idea how useful and easy to set up the code is for other
repositories though. It might contain a lot of implicit and explicit assumptions.
