Callback plugins works with ansible command?

Hi Guys,

We have been using customized callback plugin with playbooks ansile-playbooks command. I've been trying callback plugin to improve the output on screen with ansible command, however it is not working.

Does callback plugin only works with ansible-playbooks or that's not the case?
