Jenkins test connection not working with Ansible-Awx 7.0.0

Is there anything that I may have missed during the awx install. Awx is up and the UI is working without issue. I'm unable to curl or run the testConnection from jenkins. Version 0.10.0 of the tower plugin is installed. The jenkins server can ping/ssh to the server just can't hit the url.

Getting the following error.

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /jenkins/descriptorByName/org.jenkinsci.plugins.ansible_tower.util.TowerInstallation/testTowerConnection.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

I believe this is an ACL issue. Was led to believe they were opened but don't believe they are.
