Install tomcat server on an ec2 instance

Hi, 

     I want to install tomcat server on an ec2 instance. Can I use the simple method of provisioning an instance without any vpc and using a default security group? 

     If yes, can anyone send me a sample playbook to do it?

Choose VPC and security group — this is question not for Ansible, but for your AWS architecture.

If you don't know, then I recommend you create VPC and separate security group.
