Hi all, we're happy to announce that RC4 for 2.1.1 is now available for testing.

This release candidate fixes several more bugs since the RC3 release:

* Fixed a regression in the way we handle variables from dependent roles.
* Added better handling for certain errors thrown from the cryptography.
* Fixed a typo in the azure_rm_storageaccount module.
* Fixed some minor bugs in the os_user_role and cs_volume modules.

How do you get it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The tar.gz of the release can be found here:

SHA256: a10ae8a25db27c63d53b5dac39f36620c301be66ad810251667f2f7cf6527e44

You can also test against the git repository as follows:

$ cd ansible
$ git checkout v2.1.1.0-0.4.rc4
$ git submodule update --init

You can then source our testing script:

$ . hacking/env-setup

or you can build your own .tar.gz (output will be dist/ansible-2.1.1.0.tar.gz):

$ make sdist

If you discover any errors, or if you see any regressions from playbooks which work on 1.9.x and prior, please open a Github issue and be sure to mention you're testing against this release candidate.

Thanks!
