Network os unsupported

Hai so Im trying to ping mikrotik device by just using hosts file, but instead I got an error:

network os routeros is not supported

the hosts file:

[&hosts_route&]

R01 ansible_host=netsim241.lan.glcnetworks.com ansible_connection=network_cli ansible_port=2201 ansible_user=admin ansible_password= ansible_network_os=routeros

is there anything wrong?what should I do?

The network modules area sees a lot of active development, so start by
making sure you have the latest released ansible version.
