2 Corrections to the earlier community announcment

I made the following mistakes

1. When referencing the real time logs, I linked to the IRC meetbot interface instead of the actual log stream which is hosted here https://freenode.logbot.info/ansible-lockdown
2. Working Group Agenda proposals should be added directly to this issue https://github.com/ansible/community/issues/388 instead of having their own issue opened

Apologies for any confusion or time lost the aforementioned may have caused.
