New release candidates: ansible-base 2.10.7rc1, ansible 2.9.19rc1

Hi all- we're happy to announce that the release candidates ansible-base
2.10.7rc1 and ansible 2.9.19rc1 are now available!


How to get it
-------------

$ pip install ansible-base==2.10.7rc1 --user
or
$ pip install ansible==2.9.19rc1 --user

The tar.gz of the release can be found here:
