New release candidates: ansible 2.8.16rc1, 2.9.14rc1

Hi all- we're happy to announce that the general release of Ansible 2.9.14rc1
and 2.8.16rc1 are now available! These are release candidates that you can use
for testing the next available minor releases of Ansible.


How do you get it?
------------------

$ pip install ansible==2.9.14rc1 --user
or
$ pip install ansible==2.8.16rc1 --user

What's new in 2.9.14rc1 and 2.8.16rc1

These releases are maintenance releases containing numerous bugfixes. The full

What's the schedule for future maintenance releases?
----------------------------------------------------

We expect these release candidates to go out as final releases in one week.
Three weeks from that point, the next set of release candidates will be cut.
