Who We Are Looking For:

Client is searching for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our team of highly skilled, passionate individuals, working on a variety of interesting and challenging projects.

What You Will Do:

 

·       effectively create user stories, case studies, BRDs, FRDs, and other artifacts.

·       Work with client project team and other key stakeholders to develop and document requirements in clear, accurate, and meaningful manner.

·       Assist and support technical implementations within the Salesforce environment.

 

What You Need:

·       4+ years’ experience as a business systems analyst; primarily in software development environments.

·       4+ years’ experience eliciting, documenting, and converting business needs into technical requirements.

·       4+ years working in dynamic, fast paced consulting environments;

·       2+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile driven development environment.

·       2+ year Project/Client management experience.

·       2+ years Salesforce configuration and implementation experience.

·       Salesforce certification(s) are highly desired. 

 

Education: 
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
