I just bought a USB BlitzWolf USB c 11 in 1 hub (BW-TH11) and i try to connect it with my lenovo ideapad 520s-14IKB running on windows 11. However the device is not showing up at all. The small LED on the hub goes on but thats all. Also tried to power the HUB but did not help either. I have a other USB-c hub which is working fine in the same USB port so the hardware must be fine.
Things I tried:
- Tried it on a usb C on a different HP laptop which has the same problem.
- Turn computer on and off
- Update drive
- Delete Serial( I donnu what is it called) so that all usb and bluetooth was not working any more and restarted the computer, so that the drivers did a full restart.
- When I connect the usb-c input with power and connect it with my phone is does charge my phone, so this made me think it is a problem with windows not with the hub.
- Tried connect different devices to the hub but they all not working, when connecting a keyboard no lights go on as wel.
