The book is divided into four parts. The first part focuses on the fundamental concepts of MOSFET, MOSFET construction, characteristics, and circuits - as a switch, as a resistor/diode, as an amplifier, and current sink and source circuits.

The second part focuses on the analysis of voltage-series and current-series feedback amplifiers. It also explains the Barkhausen criterion for oscillation and incorporates the detailed analysis of Wien bridge and phase-shift oscillators.

The book uses straightforward and lucid language to explain each topic. The book provides the logical method of describing the various complicated issues and stepwise methods to make understanding easy. The variety of solved examples is the feature of this book. The book explains the subject's philosophy, which makes understanding the concepts evident and makes the subject more interesting.

Microprocessor and Digital Electronics Laboratories and designed various microprocessor-based development kits for the students. He also developed simulators to help the students thoroughly understand the internal processes within microprocessors and microcontrollers.

His books received an overwhelming response, not just in India but all over the world, and it has kept increasing since then. Most of his books are recommended as textbooks and reference books in various Universities for Electronics and Computer Engineering. Due to his dedicated teaching and endless efforts, many students from this institute received admits from top-ranked U.S. universities with scholarships and paid assistantships.

After graduation, he started his career as Visiting Lecturer in Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, Pune, and PVG's College of Engineering and Technology, Pune. Then he continued as a lecturer at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT), Pune.

While working in VIT, he introduced new concepts in teaching methods. He also introduced the concept of Quality Circle at the educational institute level. The Quality Circle, started by him at VIT, got recognition at the national level. While working in VIT, he conducted training programs in various industries like Bajaj Auto, Bharat Electronics, Cummins, etc. He developed many small models and projects in Electrical Department of VIT to teach engineering subjects concepts. At the same time, he published his first book on Feedback Control Systems which got an overwhelming response all over India.

After leaving VIT, he was Joint Director of Noble Institute of Computer Training, Pune. Due to his dedicated teaching and endless efforts, many students from this institute got admission to ranked U.S. universities with an assistantship.

After that, he started his coaching classes to impart thorough knowledge to the engineering students of various engineering subjects. Professor Bakshi simultaneously published many engineering books. The books written by him are recommended by multiple Indian and foreign universities in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He has a total of 30 years of teaching and writing experience in the field of engineering.
