Ihave came across the same issue with my school having toshiba as i know how these work as in my previous enterprise world they have tosh and the system admin knows all the settings and features to do but the tosh would accept it but it will take forever to populate and tosh would blame our servers. But we even had a tosh sr tech appear and he has tried his best as he was flown out of state to resolve the matter.

I have the tosh in my school and instead of wasting time to figure a solution i have a lot of other things to do, so i just did the csv process and works fine, though since i have a lot of staff doing it in groups for the feature of the copiers.
