Hi Luxmi,
As discussed i have fixed the spelling error (of DOMAIN). Also find attached the revised files. As far as all the other issues are concerned we need to discuss. I have spotted few differences:
1. I have rounded the conversion units with 0.01 decimal places.
2. For HR units, i have considered Beats/min. You have considered Beat. According to SDTM and CT it is Beats/min.
