Please compare my source ex dataset with your qc dataset. Please let me know if you find any issues.

Hi Paramjit,

In source EX data set the sequence of variables is wrong . Domain is in wrong place.

for observation no. 84 the  enddt is missing so EXENDTC  should be missing, but there is some values in your dataset.

Thanks Prachi. I found the issues and now domain variable is correct order. exendtc is also fixed.

Hi Paramjit,

EXSTDTC and EXENDTC are the character variables so for missing there should be a blank space but in your data set it shows "." 

Rest all looks  OK.

hi paramjit,

Now  the proc compare is exactly equal. 

But  please  look into vikas's EX dataset there are 13 variables but in ours  there are 12 variables.

EXDOSTOT is additional variable in Vikas's  EX dataset, , but I am unable to map this variable on CRF, IG and Protocol.

So Please Have A look.

I couldn't find it in the CRF or SAP. However if you look in IG EX, under assumptions no 6 there is mention of EXDOSTOT. which is basically measuring daily dose for subject. 

Vikas is getting EXDOSTOT from dosing dataset.  let me know how we are going to proceed.
