Why is it that those closest to Afghanistan prefer saying the word Afghanistan as if they've just been injected with pain-numbing medicine at the dentist's office and they've lost all feeling in their jaw? You know what I mean, right?. No? Okay, fill your mouth with water ... so much water that it can't hold any more water. Now say "Afghanistan." That's what I'm talking about.

Some people never can take a hint - even when you tell 'em straight up how it is, how it should be, and how you want it to go down.

I'm going to have to sit back and watch someone from Harvard or MIT come up with the idea I just came up with, and get praised for it, promoted for it, etc., and so on while I continue to waste away in no-man's land.  I'm bitter. Of course I'm bitter.
