Hi
maybe that question is pretty stupid but i just can't get
anotherTorrent to connect to my rtorrent
i tried various ways
the XMLRPC method and at Server Full Adress i entered http://server.ip:scgiport/RPC2
and without RPC and without the port but everything throws a nice
AssertionFailedException same with the SOCKET settings (i tried ip +
scgi port, ip + ssh port etc.)
i hope you can help me and thanks in advance

Hello,

if you use the SCGI port then you need to use the 'Socket' server
type. There you only have to put in the server ip/name and the port.
If you instead use the XMLRPC server type you must have setup a
webserver like Apache to serve XMLRPC. Then you will go with a Url
like this in the server settings: http://server.ip:scgiport/RPC2.
