LYFT AND UBER drivers

Our Governor has threatened Uber and Lyft drivers with $15,000 fine if they don’t report customers who use them to go to a clinic that provides mammograms, birth control pills, and other services to it’s patients. 

HIPPA Laws no longer  apply in  North Korea (oops, I meant Texas). Sometimes it’s hard to distinguish our Dear Leader from theirs)
