What do we need for a first public release?

Hi all,

We now have Anotar working in a basic way with WordPress, using the 0.2 version of the code. 

The plugin uses native WordPress comments and stores Anotar JSON data in the comment metadata table. Thing is, in a WP site with a narrow body div, the comments are very intrusive. Should we hold off using this until we have the ability to hide comments? I am thinking along the lines of something like small text the says [8 comments +] - with a click to expand the entire conversation, and perhaps with a option in the config to float the comments right or left of the paragraph. The comments should have a [close] button. I think we'll want this for the Moodle plugin as well as that is already quite cramped with a TOC and main text both in view.
