Cloud Native Architect

Collierville, TN (Currently Remote)

6+ Months contract

 

Job Description:

Cloud Native Architect will drive the transformation of the legacy application to new -age cloud native application adopting Microservices architecture and leveraging PCF as the platform for development and deployment. Cloud native architect with excellent technical and communication skills, having thorough understanding of cloud concepts, Microservices architecture. Responsibilities include:

• Present cloud native architecture vision, strategy and product roadmaps to customer and management
• Present and market the design and value of proposed PCF solution and business case to customers
• Work collaboratively with product management, technical manager and engineering during the development
• Implement, maintain, and improve continuous integration and continuous delivery environments
• Identify design, strategic and tactical patterns for modernization approach.
• Identify and design transformation phase changes, modernization changes
• Identify domain and sub-domains using event storming and snap analysis
• Drive the technical discussions with technology partners & customer stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong experience in applications development on PCF platform using PCF native services
• Experience in creating build packs and service broker for PCF platform
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and container-based infrastructure
• Strong expertise in building and deploying enterprise or cloud scale applications based on Java.
• Experience with the Spring Framework will be a very strong asset
• Able to Identify Domain and subdomain of the business 
• Able to perform Event Storming and Snap Analysis 
• Having a strong knowledge in Modern ways of working like Pair Programming and Test-Driven Development/Behavior Driven Development
• Experience in Offshore communication and should be able to manage client communication within team
