.Net Developer (Lead)

Phoenix, AZ

6-12 Months Contract

Experience: 10 Plus Years

Skills Required:

Onshore/Offshore Coordination Model
Experience Coaching / Mentoring Teams
Worked Level Balanced (Technically sound +Team Mentoring)- Blend of both Technical and Managerial ability.
Strong communication Skills/ Articulate experience and situation based Scenario.
.NET Developers having Lead Experience with strong hands on in .NET, C# and SQL Server experience with readiness to take on Product configuration & testing role product is built on .NET and SQL
Strong analytical and impact analysis/documentation skills WCF, MVC, Microsoft.NET Framework.
End to end lifecycle experience from analysis, through to design, development, testing and implementation/support
Focused on back end business logic and REST API development skills we don t need UI developers
Experienced with Agile methodologies
Unit Testing and integration testing experience as well as readiness to perform testing activities including automation
Willingness to explore and learn new tech stacks
Experience with offshore/nearshore delivery model and hands on individual contributor as well
Exposure to product customization and development will be helpful
Ready to learn new Skills and customization.
Experience in Banking (Nice to have)
