why isnt the stop the text site working?

I have received for over 5 years harassment of texts from internet websites. i have blocked or gotten the person in trouble on 45 different sites. i attempted to get this 9a...@textr.us blocked from harassing me last year. it wouldn't work. i went to the stop annoytext site tonight. entered my number twice and it still continues. please help me in getting this person to leave me alone. i am tired of this harassment that has been going non stop. i have received over 50 texts in the last 3 days alone. the count from your website is over 106 as of this moment. i beg you please stop them or something. the texts have gone from just stupid to outright threats now.
