Anyway, I downloaded the software from here and it downloaded a file "agentransack_3349". it's not a setup file, it's just the application. When I try running it from file explorer it just freezes file explorer and I have to restart it from task manager. When I try running it through the start menu it creates a window called "Window Dialogue" that doesn't seem to exist, as in I can't bring it to the front of my screen. Minimizing all my windows but that one still does nothing and I can't move the window by shift + right click. When I right click the task bar icon it says "Runtime Broker" instead of the name of the actual application or even "Window Dialogue".
