Nomination form for local officers

Fellow Freelancers,
I’ve attached a form to nominate officers of the local, including Guild Freelancers. You need to be a paid up member to nominate or run for office.
Note that the person who is nominated needs to sign the form. Please print your name clearly in the appropriate space. Nominations close on Nov. 21. There is a meeting of the local that day. Nominations can be made in person at the meeting. Forms can be returned that day or scanned and emailed to Kat Anderson kand...@mediaworkers.org. They can also be ground mailed, but must arrive by Nov. 21. Mail to Kat Anderson; Pacific Media Workers Guild; 433 Natoma Street; San Francisco CA 94103. Write “nomination form” on the outside of the envelope.
Current members will receive a ballot in the mail.
