Good Morning!
Its hard to believe that December is right around the corner. With that brings opportunities to help our beloved greyhounds during this holiday season. AGA will be participating in the following three holiday events. We encourage you to participate in one or all. We have a fun time wherever we are!
Downtown Austin
Saturday, November 28
All adopters and greyhounds are invited to walk! We do have a float entry as well. If you are unsure if you or your greyhound can walk, there is seating on the float.
Arrival: We are Line Up #17. Walkers arrival time is 9:15 AM and we must be in place at 10:30 AM. Step off time is 10:45 AM.
Parking: Parking is available in the State parking garages on 14th & Trinity and 15th & Trinity (adjacent to Registration). Trinity is a one-way street heading North. From Mopac: Take 5th Street, east to Trinity and turn left. From IH 35: Exit 12th Street West to Trinity and turn right DO NOT TRY TO ACCESS PARKING VIA SAN JACINTO.
Additional Notes: We will be collecting toys to give to Santa's helpers. Please bring an unwrapped toy if you are able. Also, please feel free to decorate you and your greyhound(s). However, there are no Santa costumes allowed. Please be respectful of the rules that Chuy's has given us and enjoy the parade!

Sunday, December 6 (9 AM - 1 PM): Shifts are 9 AM - 11 AM and 11 AM - 1 PM. Two wrappers and two hounds needed for both shifts.
Sunday, December 13 (7:30 PM - 10 PM): Shift will be 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM and 8:30 - 10 PM. Two wrappers and two hounds needed for both shifts. Or someone who wants to work the entire shift.
Thursday, December 17 (9 AM - 1 PM): Shifts are 9 AM - 11 AM and 11 AM - 1 PM. Two wrappers and two hounds needed for both shifts.
Hutto Christmas Fair
Saturday, December 12
10 AM - 5 PM (Rain or Shine)
Booth helpers and their greyhounds are needed for this event. We will be promoting greyhound adoption and selling Christmas related items. If you are a crafter and would like to donate items (should be Christmas or dog related) for AGA to sell please contact me at cmill...@att.net. Thank you!
