Member Lists for Article Authors

Hi all,
I'm interested in generating a list of users that includes their article contributions. I've tried a few different options and members list seems to work best; however, I don't know how to generate a custom field so the information also includes article posts. Any help is much appreciated. If you need more info, just shout. On a related note, if there is a plugin that allows for this kind of functionality (http://enculturation.gmu.edu/user/5128) that'd be amazing. I think it is Drupal but does anyone know any WP equivalents that would work with Annotum? Thnx in advance!
