Hi all,

 

In the context of the SIFR, IBC et NUMEV projects, we offer a 1-year postdoc at LIRMM (University of Montpellier & CNRS), France about the development of an ontology portal for the plant/agronomy/biodiversity community.

 

“Experimenting NCBO technologies for the Plant community”

 

The core of the subject consists in reusing NCBO BioPortal (http://bioportal.bioontology.org) technologies for the plant domain in partnership with different organizations such as IRD, CIRAD, Bioversity International and INRA.

It is a one-year post doc that could be extended.
