Good Morning all,
It would ease my work very much if I could get some information about the structure of the OWL ontology returned from REST call to the annotator.
Is there some XML DTD, Schema, OWL definition or something that could be of any help ?
Thanks in advance
Yours truly
David Mendes
Thank you very much Ben,
I’m afraid, however, this is not what I am looking for. I am sorry because it’s my fault for I have not made myself clear in the question.
The question is related to one of the possibilities of the annotator Web Service to return in 3 different formats: CSV, XML or OWL.
What I would like very much is to know about the structure of that OWL returned from the REST WS.
Do I make myself clearer now? I hope so.
Thank you again,
Yours truly
David Mendes
Hi David,
Might be useful:
RDF and OWL outputs are defined according to a RDFS schema and OWL ontology respectively available here: http://obs.bioontology.org/ontologies/BioPortalAnnotation.rdfs and http://obs.bioontology.org/ontologies/NCBO_OBS_ontology.owl
This comment comes from the NCBO RI guide (http://www.bioontology.org/wiki/index.php/Resource_Index_REST_Web_Service_User_Guide)
In my souvenir, the Annotator OWL output feature was not yet available…
But, whatever, both Annotator and RI shares the same RDFS/OWL format.

Objet : RE: [ncbo-annotator-users] Any structure information about OWL ontology returned from OBA ?
Absolutely !
Thank you very much Clement !
This what I was really looking for J
To get you and everybody updated with my current work, I am annotating SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) reports produced by EHRs and then I want to produce some transforms in XSLT to populate/enrich a CPR Ontology.
Thank you again,
Yours truly
