ANN: Annif tutorial VirtualBox and Docker images updated

Hi all,

we have now updated the VirtualBox and Docker images used in the Annif
tutorial. The new images include the newly released Annif 1.0.0 version
and of course up to date dependencies, including system packages and
recent base images. These images are going to be used for the Annif
tutorial workshop at SWIB 2023; see
https://swib.org/swib23/programme.html for details and registration
information.

The VirtualBox image is available at https://annif.org/download/ as a
2.7GB zip file.

The Docker image is available at
https://quay.io/repository/natlibfi/annif with the tag name
"1.0-tutorial". Compared to the standard Annif Docker image, the
tutorial image includes some additional tools such as curl, nano, git,
Jupyter and DVC, which are needed in some of the tutorial exercises.
