Different matrixes

Dear Annif-team,
When using Annif in my cmd I am getting other statistics (doc avg scores) presented there then when I use the results that I automatically save.

Should I rerun my tests to save the doc avg, or is there a way to calculate it? We found those to be quite a bit more informative than just the plain results that I ended up saving in json (see attachment).

can you please provide some more details? What did you do, what did you
expect, what happened instead? I'm not sure I understand the issue.
