Annie foreign video on YouTube

Does anyone remember a video that was posted on YouTube sometime ago I remember that it was in Japanese or some language other than English because I couldn’t understand what they were saying because I speak English. I remember that it was maybe filmed for a television station or something and that it opened with miss.Hannigan asleep in her office. The other things I remember about it are

1. Miss.Hannigan pulled Molly out of the laundry basket by her ear

2. There were frequent costume changes

3. The Annie seemed a little too old for the part 

4. The orphans were listening to the radio in Miss Hannigan office during the Never fully dressed scene and Molly was asleep in one of the other orphan’s lap. That’s all I remember about it if anyone else remembers this please let me know. I would like to see it again if anyone else has a link to it.
