I would like to make a complaint to your service over some of your
confidential information making its way into questionable web sites.

I am using bigpond as I need to have an internet account and supplier on
hand. I find that Telstra Bigpond offers the community a good service which
needs to be supported by the community at large.

I have been hassled and harassed by different people over the net for some
years now and I have had a stomach full of this. I have been vilified and
victiminised and defamed by people like Dr Crispin Wheatley, Zgeek
www.zgeek.com and others such as www.geocities.com/johnsunolaa2

I would like to report an another abusive event that has happened to me, but
this time it directly effects Bigpond and your confidential addresses by
your customer base.

You will see an attack made up on my cult by a Dr Crispin Wheatley.

I was on optusnet before I came back across to bigpond and the same thing
happened on this other service provider. I left Optusnet and went to Bigpond
to keep my accounts private from these people (trouble makers).

Someone in your organization is giving our my private and confidential
details to trouble makers on the web.

If you to the above site given, then scroll down to where Dr Wheatley has
unethically put my bigpond account on this front page.

I did not write to them with this account or give it to anyone of these
people and the way that they received it worries me. The only way that they
could have got this is by inside information or through unethical ways of
acting.

I feel that you need to take a look into the people within your organization
and if you find out who has given this information to the people concerned,
take appropriate action against them.

If needed I will change this e-mail address but I don't want to.

I will not be using this to do any spanning or contacting these trouble
makers, as that is the reason I use hotmail if I need to contact such.

This is to keep Telstra (or Optus free of this controversy if needed).

I have already spoken to lawyers about getting this removed and I do not
have alot of chance at the moment, as Crispin Wheatley has put this offshore
so it will have to wait.

I am sending a Blind Carbon Copy to Crispin so he can see that I am writing
to you and putting an official complaint. I would like Crispin with his own
ethics to take this down, but this man has abused me by threatening to have
me killed and speaking badly over my wife, You will see this on the above
given site, if you go to daily sermons and scroll down to my photo and my
wives, (which they stole) and then click on the link that speaks of my wife,
It is a naked prostitute which open legs and arrows pointing at the sexual
organs stating for men to put their penises in this and she takes it in the
head. I find this totally unacceptable and have already spoken to lawyers
over this.

I ask for you to kindly look into this and see what you come up with.

I state that I will not be using bigpond to contact these ratbags as I want
the last communications that I can get, I will be taking these people
eventually to court if I have to and it if it becomes possible.

If I need to contact these people I will use a hotmail account from an
internet cafe, or from home if I need to, but keep Bigpond free from this
type of activity.
