They are so TINY, the just-born! I remember holding my first daughter then and thinking, "no bigger than a football" - of course such a dumb, "guy" thing to think. And granchildren are special indeed. All those years of hearing, "you won't understand until you have some of your own." And then to see the smile that goes with all your talent...very nice post!
