Found this while starting the install, I didn't install it:

Evaluation and Registration
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use
this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 21 days. If you
use this software after the 21 day evaluation period a registration fee of $40 is required.
Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to Edge Technologies,
Inc., 3701 Pender Dr, Fairfax, VA 22030. Credit card ordering and quantity discounts are
available, as described in the section Ordering Information. When payment is received
you will be sent a registered copy of the latest version of PCViper.

Unregistered use of PCViper Personal Edition after the 21-day evaluation period is in
violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

It was in the "information" when I went to install it. I couldn't find anything on their web site. I'm running Norton Internet Security and Black Ice, so I really don't need it. I just wanted to check it out at Gibson's site <s>:
