Concern Regarding Excessive Leaves taken by Staff & Academic Impact

Dear teachers,

It has been observed that some teachers are availing frequent leaves, which is directly affecting the completion of the syllabus and disrupting the academic schedule.

Please understand that regular absenteeism not only delays syllabus completion but also compromises the quality and continuity of teaching.

Students suffer when lessons are rushed, repeated arrangements are made,  topics are left incomplete, quality is compromised & no value is added to the lessons. 

Teaching is a responsibility that demands consistency, commitment, and accountability. Every teacher is expected to plan their leaves responsibly and avoid unnecessary absences during working days. 

Academic priorities must come first. Excessive or casual leaves without valid reason will be closely monitored. Teachers will be held accountable for incomplete syllabus and learning gaps in their respective classes.

This is a matter of great concern. 

Let us all work together to maintain the standard of academic excellence that our institution stands for.
