L-2, L-4 Notice
Dear Members of Staff,
As it is known to you that the school is conducting Annual Examinations from 13th Feb 2026, you are expected not to go for Casual Leaves during the examination period and give your co-operation to help us co-ordinate the aforesaid exam in a smooth way.
Exigencies falling your way during the examination period, though will be taken care of by the Management if brought to its notice in the form of a written application, after due consideration.
This may also be noted here that casual/reluctant approach towards the examination duties, frequent leaves during the period, may force the Management to penalize one to the extent of marking a day’s absence equal to two days (Practical/Additional Exams) or four days (Main/Theory Exams) depending on the situation.
