PLP is a 3-day online leadership development programme designed for aspiring preschool leaders, centre heads, and those planning to open or lead a preschool.
Programme Structure & Focus Areas
Day 1 – Academic Leadership
Focuses on bringing consistency and structure to academic planning, curriculum quality, and academic review systems.
Day 2 – People & Operations
Covers structured hiring, team retention, school safety, and parent communication systems to build dependable preschool operations.
Day 3 – Admissions & Sustainable Growth
Addresses enquiry handling, admissions planning, market positioning, and long-term growth decision-making.
After completing PLP, participants are better equipped to handle leadership responsibilities with clarity—across academics, teams, parents, and growth planning.
