I could be well off target here, but it looks to me like you are using two completely different revisions of receiver. Can you confirm that they are both the same version? The bottom one looks like the one you get as part of the XenApp 6.5 media build, where as the other looks like it may have been downloaded from the Citrix website (unless this is happening against the same machine?)
Same machine, same version of Receiver. We were running Receiver 3.1.0.64091, Xenapp Enterprise 6.5, Citrix Web Interface 5.4.0.59. Someone on the Citrix support site pointed out that 1 login was from Receiver and the other coming from an older online plugin. We had version 13.1.0.89 of the online plugin.
After removing Receiver 3.1 and installing Receiver 3.4.0.29577off the website which also installs online plugin 13.4.0.25, no more multiple login dialog versions. Besides the logins, the current app is more consistant and stable. No more flickering system tray icons when Receiver tries and fails to launch an app. The interface for Windows also more closely resembles the interface users see in Smartphones and tablets.
Last week one company installed citrix xenapp 6.5 in my enviroment, and for some reason, in some pcs after installing CitrixReceiverEnterprise, appears two plugins in tray. In this cases the app that are publish to desktop doesnt open.
